- 8 -10 person maximum
- Three night minimum
- 50% deposit required to secure your reservation
- 50 % balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival
- Please add 10% for NC Lodging tax
- $100.00 cleaning fee
- Refundable $250.00 Security Deposit (Security Deposit
refunded after the cleaning service verifies the condition
of the cottage.)
